Eligibility for Refund

• You did not qualify for an ESA letter based on the professional evaluation
• You experienced technical issues that prevented you from completing the process
• You made a duplicate purchase by mistake
• The request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date

Non-Refundable Situations

• An ESA letter has already been issued and delivered
• The request is made more than 30 days after purchase
• The client provided false or misleading information during the evaluation

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been initiated.
