3. Eligibility

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Have a genuine need for mental health evaluation

4. User Obligations

6. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• Did Not Qualify: If you do not qualify for an ESA letter after evaluation, you will receive a full refund

• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally made a duplicate purchase

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are not available after an ESA letter has been issued and delivered.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services.
